Our Antioxidant Plus is a complete antioxidant formula s with a
4600 ORAC rating per dose. There are other antioxidants with higher
ORAC Rankings but none with a complete group of antioxidants.
Different antioxidants have different phytonutrients. Each
phytonutrient gives the body a different tool to help it heal
itself.
As an example we will use an 11,000 ORAC rated drink. This drink
may be a very good tool. However, it is like using a hammer to build
an entire house. Hammers are good but you need a complete set of
tools to build a house correctly. The same is true of nutrients.
This group of nutrients works synergistically to give your body the
phytonutrients it needs to help protect you against the toxins which
form free radicals.
Antioxidants are free radical scavengers. Free radicals
are caused by oxidation of the cells. Fruits and
vegetables are the best and most potent source of the antioxidants
in our diets. However, not very many of us eat enough fruits and
