Nutrition For The Heart

Circulatory and heart disease is Americas biggest killer. Even though we have many more people reaching the 95 to 100 age mark our average life expectancy is still only 77 years. That is 74 for men and about 80 for women. Now I grant you that is much better than in 1900 when it was only 50.

However, science states that we can easily live to be 150 and 200 is not out of reach. Why the big discrepancy? The simple answer and the complicated answer is the same, Anti Aging Super Food!
