My Chelation Story Update October 2007
I began taking oral chelation again in August of 2007. I did this for two reasons. One I take oral chelation as a regular regimen to help keep my vessels clear. Two I was experiencing a symptom that only seems to affect me. I have never talked to anyone that has had this same symptom. This symptom has showed up before and when I take chelation therapy either IV or oral it goes away.

The symptom is a slight burning sensation in the groin about were the major artery and veins moves from the upper thigh into the stomach cavity.

I started taking my usual eight capsules a day by my sublingual method. However, recently I have had to cut back to 4 a day. The eight caps a day have been throwing my digestive system slightly out of whack and causing some diarrhea. Here is my Oral Chelation Regimen.

I have been taking the four caps a day now for about 6 weeks and I have about three days remaining. All of the symptoms I had been experiencing are now gone.  The symptoms disappeared in about two weeks.

Another regimen I have added is two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar a day. I have known about the effects of apple cider vinegar for years but just kept forgetting to take it. The apple cider vinegar really helps to curb my appetite and it reduces carbo cravings to almost zero. Further, it has definitely helped my prostate problems as well.

This leads me to the last comment. Taking apple cider vinegar helps me increase my water consumption which is really important to middle age people and up. I have been reading much information that states that dehydration can be the cause of many of our illness.
