Poor Circulation in Feet?
Poor circulation in the feet is a sure sign of peripheral vascular disease
and could be a symptom of diabetes also.  I fixed my PVD with iv chelation, oral chelation. and hydrogen peroxide therapy .This disease is found in the toes, feet, hands and fingers as well as the arms and legs.  Symptoms are cramping, pain, cold feet and toes which tingle or fall asleep easily. Gangrene is the worst of the symptoms.

NOTE: See my blog for new photos of my healed foot wound

Pain when walking short distances or feet which hurt all the time can be a sure sign of intermittent claudication. If you have these symptom you should see a health professional.

I know because I have had the symptoms of PVD.  This condition can be fixed with chelation therapy, hydrogen peroxide, exercise and good nutrition.

Poor circulation in the feet and toes along with pain is most likely to be caused by peripheral vascular disease. I know this because I suffered with it since I was a teenager. If you have poor circulation in the feet and toes you also most likely have it in other parts of your body. Poor circulation symptoms are pain, numbness and discoloration. Your toes and feet can be discolored from light red to dark red to blue. If your toes are dark red or blue see a doctor immediately.

IV EDTA and Oral chelation can help you correct this problem. I fixed my poor circulation in the feet with chelation therapy, exercise and diet change.

Chelation therapy can correct peripheral vascular disease, however a large diet change will keep poor circulation away as well as help prevent heart disease, and other major medical problems. I started with The Rave Diet and then changed it slightly to satisfy my personal desires. The diet change was not the easiest thing I have every done but it was much better than the alternative. I started with IV chelation and now use oral chelation to continue to take out ant calcium, cholesterol and heavy metals that might still be in there causing damage. At this time early 2011 I have no symptoms and take three of my regimen's a year to take out any accumulated toxins or plaque. I still know my arteries have plaque but are I believe near the clinical significant level of 50%.

Exercise is important especially walking. The nutrition is the most important because it is the nutrition which give the cells the nutrients they need to heal themselves. Good nutrition will lower cholesterol without drugs I lowered mine by 40 points in three months with diet changes and nutritional supplements alone. Less cholesterol, less artery clogging, simple.

Almost all of my personal problems with poor circulation have been in the feet, toes and legs. For more details browse the navigation on the left or the additional pages on the bottom and  read my oral chelation story. I have lost five toes and had many operations before I found Chelation Therapy.  If you have any of the symptoms below I strongly urge you to do something before any major problems start. My personal experience says "you do not want to go through the pain and discomfort." Seeing a doctor or other health professional is a very good idea.

I have experienced all but one of these it is not fun.

  • Extreme sensitivity to temperature.

  • Cannot walk comfortably even for short distances..

  • Cramping in feet, toes and calves.

  • Blood clots

  • Wounds on extremities that are slow or will not heal.

  • Hair loss on lower leg or ankle.

  • Thick Toenails.

  • Gangrene

  • Amputation of toes, feet and extreme cases the entire leg.

Where do you you start.? First see a health professional. Second Good nutrition  can and should be done regardless of any symptoms. . Eating mostly fruits and vegetables, organic if possible., is a good start. Then you can add nuts, legumes and very good lean meat, as natural as possible. The average person in the US eats 2200 to 3000 calories a day. Reduce your food intake over time to 1500 to 2000. The less you eat the less you weigh and the longer you live.

Most MD's will not agree with the following.  If your symptoms are severe start IV Chelation therapy if at all possible. If you cannot do this start oral EDTA right away. Reduce heart disease risks like cholesterol and blood pressure. Start a regimen of nutritional supplements which include a complete multi-vitamin and mineral every day.

Start an exercise program especially walking. Walking just 30 minutes a day will do things that will amaze you. If you are in pain when walking try it anyway. Do as much as you can and then rest and repeat. If you want a natural pain reliever try Noni Juice

These things will improve the circulation in your feet without drugs. Many drugs work, however they all have side effects and once you are on drugs it is very hard to get off without causing more problems.

IV Chelation is the standard. If you have poor circulation in your feet IV Chelation will help.

Oral Chelation can also help your poor circulation in the feet or other extremities. It is also much less expensive but is not as fast acting as IV Chelation.

Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy has prove to be very effective in feet and toe problems.

Plaque-X therapy has also been found effective in helping peripheral vascular disease.

Peripheral vascular disease. PVD for short. In simple terms this is clogged vessels in the feet, toes, fingers, hands, arms and legs.

Peripheral artery disease.  PAD for short. In simple terms this is clogged arteries in any part of the arteries. Many times they speak of the heart vessels and the main neck and body arteries where major (life threatening) can occur.

Buregers disease  Read My Chelation Story.

Atherosclerosis (Hardening of the arteries).   80% to 91% improvement shown with chelation therapy.

Nattokinase may dissolve blood clots. I had a blood clot dissolve quicker than normal by using this nutrient.

What your disease is called matters not. Poor circulation in your feet can be helped with iv chelation and or my oral chelation supplement.  Oral Chelation Works.

It is quick, inexpensive, non-evasive and has no side affects.

Chelation Supplement. If you have trouble with poor circulation in your feet try my supplement. I have used it for years to do just that and it works. It improves the circulation. It has cured any systoms of clogged arteries.
