Poor circulation in feet is a sure sign of peripheral vascular disease This is also known as PVD. Peripheral vascular disease is found in the toes, feet, hands and fingers and the arms and legs. Some of the symptoms are cold feet and toes which tingle or fall asleep easily. Cramping pain in the toes or calves and even the thighs. Pain when walking short distances or feet which hurt all the time.  If left to get worse it can cause some very serious complications.
